Both of these teams had great starts to their seasons, but have really tried to fail since then.  WVU should really have been able to run the table in the Big East but had 2 huge losses against Syracuse and Louisville this year.  Both very winable games.  South Florida has been just awful in the Big East this year.  End of story.  Both offenses have been struggling in recent weeks, so I'm not going to play a side here.  I'm taking the under 55. (2 Units)
