Lewis, Carr sit out Thursday's practice

It's looking more and more like Ray Lewis will miss his third consecutive game. Lewis missed Thursday's practice as he nurses a toe injury.

If he can't go Sunday against the Cleveland Browns, Dannell Ellerbe will probably start in his place next to Jameel McClain.

Also not practicing Thursday was cornerback Chris Carr. Carr missed the San Francisco 49ers game with a sore back. That's the same reason he missed Thursday's practice.
