I can't believe it's week 9 already. Most people's fantasy football leagues only have 4 weeks to go before playoffs. That's insane! A lot of great matchups this weekend. Let's get to my picks.
NY Jets (+2) at Buffalo
It's time for Buffalo to "put up or shut up". Huge statement game at home this weekend and they are ready to make a statement. Give up the points. Buffalo wins big this weekend. (4 Units)
Baltimore (+3.5 ) at Pittsburgh
They burned me last week, but they are not getting me two weeks in a row. I don't know how Pittsburgh will be able to get up for this game after having the perfect game plan for New England. The Ravens, on the other hand, look like they spent all off season prepping for the Steelers. Baltimore's offense has been sluggish at best the last few weeks. I look for a turn around at Pittburgh. Take the points. This game comes down to a field goal at the end. ( 2 Units )
Denver (+8) at Oakland
Tim Tebow got exposed last weekend for the fraud that he is. I don't think he stands a chance this weekend either. Oakland is coming off a bad loss to the Chiefs plus their bye week. They will be ready to take care of some business. Give up the points. Da Raiders roll. (3 Units)
Miami (+4) at Kansas City
I think there's something up with this line. Miami is awful, everyone is on the Chiefs. I have to go the opposite on this one. Miami finds a way to cover, so Vegas wins big. Take the points and the Dolphins. (4 Units)
NY Giants ( +9 ) at New England
The battle of Eli verses Brady. It's time for Eli to show that he belongs in the same sentence as Tom Brady. I'm not a buyer in Eli Manning, but I'm also not a buyer in the Pats defense. I do think he will be good enough to hang around and keep this game close. Brady wins in the end, but not by more than 9. Take the points. (3 Units)
Chicago ( + 7.5 ) at Philly ***Monday Night***
Could the "dream team" actually be ready to play football this year? I don't know about that, but I do think they will be ready on Monday night. Philly has a knack of playing well on Mondays. I think it continues. Give up the points and take Philly. (2 Units)
