Los Angeles transportation dreams

It is November of 2011 and the Expo line has been running successfully from downtown to Culver City for 1 and 1/2 years. It opened on time as promised and ridership continues to grow as Westside traffic problems have diminished.

Phase 2 from Culver City to Santa Monica is well underway and should be finished on time in 2015 or even sooner.

The initial steps for the construction of the Crenshaw Line have been taken place and the Subway to the Sea will begin building next year with the terminus at the Ocean and not Westwood/VA.

Oh yes, and the 405 construction mess is over and traffic is smooth without major issues.
