Los Angeles Times Circulation Continues to Drop
Twenty years ago or less the Times daily circulation was greater than 1 million readers.
You alienate LAUSD teachers by posting test scores and always taking the district's side;
You don't investigate things transpiring at City Hall;
LAUSD gets a free pass no matter what and how costly the issue is;
You release some of your best and veteran writers;
You stop covering certain sports teams with local writers;
Your content is free online;
You just cut and cut and cut until it's a Catch 22--readership diminishes when content and coverage go down, and the only way to increase readership is to increase content and coverage which costs more.
