Flacco engineers 92-yard drive to lead Ravens to 23-20 victory
Baltimore quarterback Joe Flacco proved he can be an elite quarterback. With time running low and the Steelers carrying all the momentum, Flacco led a 92-yard game-winning drive to beat the Pittsburgh Steelers 23-20.
The Steelers' Ben Roethlisberger led Pittsburgh to 14 points in the fourth quarter, but it wasn't enough.
Sunday night's story was Flacco. Flacco threw for 300 yards and one touchdown. He also had a key fumble, but was able to bounce back.
Flacco's game-winning pass was a 26-yard bomb to rookie wide receiver Torrey Smith, who had struggled with drops all night.
Baltimore now moves in to first place in the AFC North and holds the major tiebreaker over the Steelers. They will face Seattle next Sunday afternoon.
