The Dallas Cowboys versus Megatron
The Cowboys secondary will have a tall order today as they try to stop 6’5” Calvin “Megatron” Johnson from tying Chris Carter’s NFL record for 4 straight games with 2 or more TD receptions.
Expect Johnson to be double covered on every play which is not new for Johnson. The Cowboys did manage to minimize his impact in last season’s game versus the Lions but he is a game changer for sure.
Not only will the Cowboys need to have tight coverage on Johnson but they will need to keep him off the field with some long offensive drive of their own. The more they can keep him off the field the better. RB Felix Jones is going to have to step up again this week and play more consistently for 4 quarters. The Cowboys stud receiver Dez Bryant is going to have to find a way to get onto the field and take some thunder away from Johnson.
Bryant seems like the type of guy that will not take all of the press coverage of Johnson so well.
