TCU (-6) at Baylor

I love a good team like Baylor getting points at Home. I feel this team should be able to hang with everyone on their schedule this year, including TCU. The Horned Frogs will be good and may even win this game, but don't expect a repeat of 2010. Take the points and Baylor. (2 units)


South Florida (+10.5) at Notre Dame

This one is a simple numbers pick. Notre Dame can't cover as home favs. Add to the fact that they picked the wrong starting quarterback and BJ Daniels is ready for a breakout year in the FLA. Take the points here. (1 .5 Units)

Rice (+24) at Texas

I love Texas this week. I feel they will be improved from last year and that Rice will be the dead cow they can kick to open up this season. I'm not heavy on it. Just have a feeling. Give up the points and take Texas to roll. (0.5 units)

Colorado State (-6) at New Mexico

This is my last game of the weekend. I don't think The Lobos are remotely good. I don't care about the home dog here. I can only envision a blow out. Give up the points (1 Unit)
