Phillies Shane Victorino Suspended After Incident With Giants: Was the Decision Fair?

Philadelphia Phillies outfielder Shane Victorino was suspended for 3 games after Saturday's incident with the San Francisco Giants. There is no shortage of bad blood between the Phillies and Giants and the intentional pitch that plunked Victorino brought it all to a head.
