NFL News; Steve Smith To The Chargers?
Carolina Panthers wide receiver Stev Smith apparently wants out. He has made it clear to management that he wants a trade, preferrably to the San Diego Chargers. Smith has even put his house on the market.
The rumor is that the Chargers would in fact be interested in trading for him if the price is right. Putting Smith opposite of Vincent Jackson would certainly give quarterback Phillip Rivers some impressive targets.
Of course, nothing can happen until the NFL labor situation is resolved.
So, we sit and wait...
