Former Pittsburgh Penguin and New York Ranger Jaromir Jagr left the NHL four years ago but still has an impact on an international level. The 39-year-old right wing proved his talent when he scored three times in leading defending champion Czech Republic to a 4-0 victory against the United States in the quarterfinal round of the International Ice Hockey Federation World Championship, at Orange Arena in Bratislava, Slovakia.
This loss eliminated the US from the tournament. Don’t be surprised if some NHL team tries to bring him back to the US.
