Cowboys QB Romo Misses Cut at US Open Qualifier

Four!  What happend to Hike?

The Cowboys quarterback shot a nine-over par 81 on his round at Stonebridge Ranch Country Club in McKinney, TX.  This tournament is a qualifier for the US Open 2011 but it was not meant to be for Romo who struggled on a very windy day.

"Well anytime you don't get through it's disappointing but this isn't football,'' Romo said, "I'm a lot more emotional when it comes to football games. This one, you pick out where you need to get better at and try that the next time.''

I agree, it’s not football. 

I know it’s May and there is a messy lockout but I would prefer that Romo was in the gym or organizing player practices like last week in Dallas.
