…and with the 11th selection in the 2011 NFL Draft the New York Giants select Prince Amukamara CB from the University of. Nebraska.
This is a great selection for the New York Giants as Amukamara will join Osi Umenyiora as one of the toughest names to pronounce and spell in the NFL. He is big and physical and can run with the speed wide receivers like the Eagles DeSean Jackson and the Cowboys Dez Bryant.
This will only help the Giants already solid defense be even better in 2011. Amukamara can also help on special teams as well. He will be an impact in his first season with the Giants.
