Charlie Manuel said he hoped Pedro Feliz could be an impact player when he returned from the disabled list. Tonight he made that impact. Feliz tied the game with 2 outs in the ninth inning, then won the game with a walk off homerun against the Los Angeles Dodgers. Questions about his health have dissipated and Pedro is a hero tonight in South Philadelphia. Pete Happy was the man tonight!
The Phillies stand a half game out from the New York Mets and are tied in the loss column. They have locked up a series win and look to even the season series at 4 wins a piece with the Dodgers tomorrow night and return the favor of a four game sweep. The New York Mets will come to town for a two game set on Tuesday, Phightin' Phils Phorum will be on hand!
