New York Giants 2008 rookie free agent signings

Remember to check out our homepage my team rivals!

Listed below are the 2008 Rookie free agent signings to date for the New York Giants. In  case you say...undrafted college players, who cares? Remember, Antonio Pierce was an undrafted rookie free agent signed by the Washington Redskins not too long ago. Last time I checked he turned into a pretty good player. So here they are:

S Nehemiah Warrick, Michigan State
DE Wallace Gilberry, Alabama
OL Glenn Bujnoch, Cincinnati
DE Antonio Reynolds, Tennessee
OL Andrew Bain, Miami
OL Carnell Stewart, LSU
OL Dylan Thiry, Northwestern
DT Nate Robinson, Akron
WR D.J. Hall, Alabama

Why no Tommy Blake DE who would be oerfect to fill the Sam LB'er if Stray retires and Kiwi has to go back...What happens to Tuck versatillity if he's asked to start? Why we didn't take Merling or traded down and took Jason Jones is beyond me??? When wee maybee could've gotten Jones and Saftey Tyrell Johnson who would fit Spags systen better!!!!!

and Josh Barett SS 6'2" 230 sub 4.4 was available Justin King CB and players like Joe Fields!! @ FS

I do like Warrirk FS undrafted free agent signing , but why no Matt Spanos? he can play all 3 positions on the oline or OG-OT Drew Radovic considered a 4th round prospect before he went undrafted better than the depth we have NOW!!!

I like your blog! keep up the good work!

You bring up several good points mr.jintd. I can't argue with anything you say except for the fact that my motto, until proven wrong, is "trust Jerry Reese". With the amazing job he and the scouting dept did last season, I will assume they did the right thing.Time will tell. I hope you come back to the site often....Go Giants!!
