I have included a number of former Cleveland Indians, while personally leaving out a Dodgers outfielder.
Edward Mujica has found success in the National League. Jeremy Guthrie has fallen after a successful year in Baltimore. Guillermo Mota is giving the Dodgers what the Indians had hoped to receive from him.
Kevin Kouzmanoff is providing power, while Franklin Gutierrez, Luke Scott, and Russell Branyan are having career years with the bat. Some castoffs like Jason Michaels and Joe Inglett are not faring as well. Omar Vizquel is hitting well despite limited playing time.

Its always interesting to see how your former guys are doing. The question is, how do they compare to the guys you got for them?
