Newbie !

Hello America,

My name is Carlos Rodriguez and I am the new writer for the Eagles Nest. I am very excited to share our heartache and excitement of the Philadelphia Eagles.

Right now the Eagles are on the right path to success this year. Yeah we had our blowout loss to the Saints a few weeks back, but thank the Eagles Gods for a bye week to get us back on track.

Tonight will be the true barometer test of the 2009 season as the Eagles will take on those Cowgirls from Dallas. With Brian Westbrook out I have no doubt that we will win tonight's fight. I feel that our fearless leader, Andy "don't wear tights again" Reid, has done a good job this year with our young RB's and WR's. McNabb cried wolf over the off season wanting more weapons and I feel he has them now. Why not have some cocky young men on our team to take us to the Promise land in Miami.

I just got off the phone with some Eagle friends of mine tailgating at the Linc and it is totally a playoff type of atmosphere in the air. Maybe we are still pissed off with the Yankees winning the World Series? NA, we hate those Cowgirls and we want blue blood on the field.

So, sit back and relax and watch the Eagles fly to victory !
